Join me, Becca of beCHARLO Jewellery, in my Isle of Wight studio for a personalised silversmithing journey.
Across a series of weekly sessions, you’ll design and make your own silver jewellery piece – completely from scratch.

The Seaglass Pendant Studio Experience
£145.00The Sea Glass or Stone Pendant Studio Experience
A private studio experience (maximum two participants) with dedicated tuition and sterling silver included.
Spend the day at the bench creating your own sterling silver sea glass or stone pendant at the beCHARLO Studio on the Isle of Wight.
In this relaxed 6-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to transform a piece of sea glass or a cabochon stone into a beautifully finished pendant using traditional silversmithing techniques. You’ll create a bezel setting, solder the components together and carefully set your chosen glass or stone before refining and polishing the final piece.
Each piece of sea glass carries its own story, shaped by years of movement in the sea, making every pendant completely unique.
No previous experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to try.
If you already have some jewellery-making experience, you can focus more on the bezel-setting technique and adapt the design to create a piece of jewellery that suits your style.

Pricing & booking
Per-person pricing keeps things simple. I’ll confirm your final total once your guest list is set.
Deposits
To secure your date, I take a deposit per person to cover materials.
For example: £30pp deposit for the pendant workshop. The remaining balance is due once final numbers are confirmed (usually 7 days before the event).How it works on the day

Around 2 hours for most groups.Do we need any experience?
No – complete beginners are very welcome.Is it messy or noisy?
It’s low-mess and beginner-friendly. Hand-stamping makes a light tapping sound; ear defenders will be provided and no soldering or flames are used.What space do you need?
A table with chairs and good lighting. I’ll set up individual stations with tools and mats.Can we add extras on the day?
