‘Rent a Bench’ at Becharlo Jewellery Studio
Looking for a creative space to continue your jewellery journey? My fully equipped Isle of Wight studio is open for independent makers who already have some jewellery and soldering experience.
When you rent a bench, you’ll have access to professional tools and a calm, inspiring environment to work on your own projects. Whether you want to practice your skills, finish a commission, or simply enjoy dedicated bench time, this is the perfect place to make your own magic.
- Skill level required: Basic jewellery-making knowledge, including soldering.
- What’s included: A professional bench, shared use of studio tools and tea + coffee to keep you fuelled.
- What’s not included: Materials, gemstones, or precious metals – please bring your own.

Per-person pricing keeps things simple. I’ll confirm your final total once your guest list is set.
Deposits
To secure your date, I take a deposit per person to cover materials.
For example: £30pp deposit for the pendant workshop. The remaining balance is due once final numbers are confirmed (usually 7 days before the event).How it works on the day

How long does it take?
Around 2 hours for most groups.Do we need any experience?
No – complete beginners are very welcome.Is it messy or noisy?
It’s low-mess and beginner-friendly. Hand-stamping makes a light tapping sound; ear defenders will be provided and no soldering or flames are used.What space do you need?
A table with chairs and good lighting. I’ll set up individual stations with tools and mats.Can we add extras on the day?
