Each session is offered in small numbers, with just one or two participants, creating a calm and considered experience.

From Waste to Wearable: Rethinking Materials Through Making
Isle of Wight Biosphere Festival 2026
A hands-on jewellery workshop exploring how everyday materials can be transformed into meaningful, wearable pieces.
Using reclaimed plastics, repurposed elements and found materials, you’ll design and create either a layered pendant or a pair of statement earrings. Along the way, we’ll gently reflect on value, waste, and our relationship with the materials we use.
Created for the Isle of Wight Biosphere Festival, this workshop invites beginners and curious makers to explore materials, waste and making in a more considered way.

Inspired by the Isle of Wight coastline, this seasonal workshop invites you to work with sea glass and silver to create a personal piece shaped by texture, form and place. You’ll spend extended time at the bench, allowing space to explore techniques, refine your design, and enjoy a more considered making process.
Guided step by step, you’ll learn traditional silversmithing techniques in a calm and supportive studio environment.

Yes, you’re very welcome to bring your own piece, or choose from a small curated selection on the day.

Yes, places are limited and workshops take place on set dates, so booking in advance is recommended.
